Shipping Information



  • We do not charge handling or restocking fees for normal returns.

  • Most items only ship to the 48 contiguous states at this time.  Some items may be shipped internationally, please refer to the "shipping information" tab on the specific product page.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday. Orders do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

  • ShowPlace Direct is not responsible for items once they ship. We will issue replacements for items lost or damaged during shipment, however, we are not responsible for the damage and/or delayed shipping time.

  • Free Shipping & Flat Rate Shipping applies to ground shipping only.

  • Expedited Shipping on free shipping and flat rate items: If you would like expedited shipping, please send an email to sales@showplacedirect.com to verify the shipping can be upgraded. You will be billed the additional shipping charges at the time your order ships.

  • Expedited shipping does not change the time it takes to process the order and prepare for shipping, it only expedites the actual shipping time.

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after an item ships.  If a delivery is refused, you will be charged for all relating shipping costs plus a 30% restocking fee.
