Your satisfaction is important to us.
You may return any product for any reason within 30 days of the delivery date to the shipping address given at the time of the order for a full refund less shipping and handling expenses. The product must be returned in the original packaging undamaged.  All returns will be inspected.  Any damaged items will result in a partial refund.

 

Although we strive for perfection, errors sometimes occur. If you should happen to receive the wrong item or the incorrect quantity, ShowPlace Direct will cover any additional shipping expenses. ShowPlace Direct will immediately reimburse for any shipping fees to return an item due to our error.

 

If any product should happen to be defective, Showplace Direct will cover the cost for either replacement parts and/or replacement of the merchandise including all shipping and handling charges. You must email ShowPlace Direct for instructions to return defective merchandise prior to shipping.

 

For items requiring a signature at delivery, you must inspect the package for damage. Although it is rare, damage can happen during shipping. If you sign for an item, you are stating the item arrived undamaged. Delivery instructions are included in the product descriptions for all items requiring a signature.

 

If you refuse delivery of an order, you are responsible for all applicable shipping fees.  We will issue a refund minus any shipping fees assessed and a 30% restocking fee.

 

If more than 30 days has passed since you received your product and you would like to make a return for any reason, please email us for return authorization approval. Return authorization for orders beyond the return time limit will be given consideration on a case by case basis.
